COSTS: The delivery is meant to the ground floor of the house number (not to your floor). Delivery is free for Europe!

AVAILABILITY: The order shipment depends on the availability of products in our warehouse. The products on stock will be sent the day after the email we send for payments received. For the out of stock products the waiting time may be  5 to 10 working days for mattresses and up to 20 for slatted bed bases, so if you urgently need a product be sure of its availability in stock before confirming the order. TIMING: Depending on the Country you are, the delivery can take from 3 up to 7 working days. Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. 

TRACKING: The day after the receipt of the shipment communication you will be able to contact us to receive the tracking number to know the status of delivery.

REGULATION: DPD or any other Courier will deliver the goods to the ground floor and they are not authorized or obliged to consign the packet to your floor. If you have particular request about hours, please tell us in advance in order to indicate it on the delivery note and better if you leave your phone number, so that you can agree the delivery. The courier is not authorized to remove items from the packaging.

AVAILABILITY AT HOME: In case the courier doesn't find anyone at home or he cannot contact the telephone numbers provided by the customer or if the customer after the delivery note doesn't phone to have a new delivery, the goods will be stocked in the warehouse of Courier service. If you do not see delivery within 10 days from shipping, please contact us at +39 0365 187 00 30 for information.


Mattress must be removed from vaccum packaging as soon as possible, and not over 10 days after you received it.

DAMAGES: Our products are sent with an apposite packaging (vacuum mattresses); in the case you receive the damaged or ripped, please DO NOT ACCEPT the goods. 
Accepting damaged goods raises the seller from any liability.

ABERRATION: We deeply ask you not to accept goods in the following cases: 
    1. Money request by staff for services you've already paid on our website
    2. Products that has a name different from your on the labeli;

In all the above cases or any other case of anomalies we suggest to refuse the goods or to contact us immediately before accepting it.
